All Shores Landscapes is based in Coolum on the Sunshine
Coast of Queensland.
We are a growing Landscape Design/Construction Company . Due to
rapid growth on the Coast we are looking for a Full Time Team Leader/Project
Manager. This is a hands on roll with lots of potential to move
up in to other areas of the company.
This is a semi - autonomous roll. You must have at least 8 years
experience in hard and soft landscaping. A completion of apprenticeship
would be a bonus as this roll is very important.
We are offering a Very good remuneration package, vehicle, phone,
45k - 60k + 9% Superannuation depending on experience.

lead a team in all aspects of both hard and soft landscaping.

landscape architectural services along with implementation. We are

The ideal applicant will be passionate about landscaping.
Have proven
landscaping experience
Ability
to direct a team from working drawings
Have a clean
drivers licence, ( HT an advantage).
Excellent
organisational skills and the ability to plan effectively
Good level
of physical fitness
Get the
best out of a team
Strong customer
focus and communication skills, and positive attitude
Remuneration will be negotiated depending on skills and experience

and garden retailers.
Reporting
to the Marketing Manager, this new role has been created to
focus on the development of the nationwide supply of fruit and
deciduous ornamental trees to the Landscape and Amenity Horticulture
industry. The successful applicant will have the responsibility
of developing the client portfolio, assisting with internal
ordering of product requirements, and will need to have the
flexibility to travel out of town on a regular basis. This role
