TEN ENTRANTS TO COMPETE IN THIS YEAR’S YOUNG LANDSCAPER OF THE YEAR COMPETITION

Ten candidates will contest this Year’s Young Landscaper of the Year Competition in Hamilton on Friday 29 June, the winner going on to represent us at the Young Horticulturist of the Year Competition in November.

Each entrant will undergo a series of written and practical tests as well as a 3-minute speech on Friday evening.  The speech this year will be responding to the statement ‘The changing face of the workplace is impacted by young people.  Those who identify themselves as future leaders have an opportunity to influence the way we work and how business is done.’

Each entrant is looking forward to being supported by their company as they prepare for the competition and to all conference delegates attending the Young Landscaper of the Year dinner on Friday 29 June.’

Thanks
