RML Members Meet Ups - October

Immigration New Zealand will be presenting a series of talks in October at our regional meet ups. An important opportunity for any Business Owner, HR Manager or Office Manager involved in the landscape sector. Immigration NZ will cover the latest information on the employment of migrant workers.

    Entries for the Landscapes of Distinction Awards 2019 officially closed last Friday 31st May. We have had an amazing response to this years awards, with more entrants competing than ever before!

    We will now collate and work our way through all the entries, creating a shortlist of the best examples of Landscaping in each section.

    The judges look for the highest standards within the landscape projects submitted, whether the focus is on construction, design, planting or maintenance. Innovative approaches, unusual solutions to overcoming a problem and exceptional level of craft skills are all highly valued.

    Congratulations to all the Urban Paving 2018 Landscape of Distinction Award winners.

    The entries were of a very high standard and the judges had to assess long and hard before coming up with the various Category and Premier Award winners.

     

    Ten candidates will contest this Year’s Young Landscaper of the Year Competition in Hamilton on Friday 29 June, the winner going on to represent us at the Young Horticulturist of the Year Competition in November.
