The Pathway to Accreditation

The Landscaping New Zealand accreditation process vets individuals or businesses in their ability to competently perform the services they advertise. 

Applicants are required to submit documentation and have available for assessment installed work for two projects which must have been undertaken by the applicant and or your staff in the course of your work.  Accreditation can be gained in any or multiple areas of expertise including:


You can apply to be accredited in specific areas within Design (e.g. planting design, lighting etc.) or in Design overall


Hard landscaping Specific areas within Construction (e.g. irrigation, paving, etc.) or in Construction overall


Soft landscaping - soil preparation, plant selection, plantings, lawns


Landscape nurturing and care


The applicant applying for this area of expertise must already be accredited in at least two areas of expertise.
